e are partnering with The Chadwick Foundation to host our 4th annual 3-21 FEST where we will be celebrating human rights and leading the initiative to include people with Down Syndrome and other exceptional needs. On World Down Syndrome Day, Friday, March 21, 2025, we are calling for people within the Shoals community to come celebrate with us!

A NIGHT FILLED WITH:
Music, Dancing, Guest Speakers, Food, Sensory Stations, Give Aways, and Fun!

Volunteer opportunities
CARE Team
This team will put together care packages prior to event and oversee the care and service all the families in attendance with a special needs family member(s).
Tear Down Team
This team will stay after the event to tear down the event space.
Concessions Team
This team will arrive before the event starts to set up and oversee the concession area, during the event, on a rotation schedule.
Set Up Team
This team will arrive before the event to set up the event space.
Cleaning Team
This team will stay after the event to clean the event space.
Welcome Team
This team will arrive before the event starts and make sure that everyone is welcomed and registered when they arrive.
